Can OKGames Ask You to Verify Again?
Yes.
Passing KYC once does not necessarily mean we will never request information again.
Our current policy allows ongoing identity verification, particularly when:
- Identification information changes
- Documents need updating
- Account activity appears unusual
- Additional compliance checks are required
We may request updated documents even if identity verification was previously completed.

Location Verification May Also Be Required

So identity verification is not always limited to:
“Show us your ID.”

Does KYC Affect Withdrawals?
It can.
Account verification may be required before certain payment or withdrawal functions are fully processed.
That is why it is better to keep your account information accurate from the beginning rather than waiting until you want to cash out.
